Terms & Conditions:
Toppy-T terms are NET 30 days, FOB our warehouse with factor approval. Returns required prior authorization. No returns on special order items and samples. Any merchandise that has been printed, relabeled, embroidered, or decorated will not be accepted as returns. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee unless error is due to our behalf. Any claims regarding merchandise must be made within 10 days upon receipt. 1.5% per month late charge on accounts over 30 days. If legal action is required for collection of invoice, the customer will be responsible for costs of collection thereof, including attorney’s fees on all delinquent amounts.
Packing
Our merchandises are flat folded and packed in a small plastic bag consist of 6 pieces per style, per size, and per color. Case consists of 72 pieces per style, per size, and per color.
Open stock: Minimum of 6 pieces per style / per color / per size
Pre-pack: Minimum of 12 to 15 pieces per style / per color / assorted sizes Ratio: 3-3-3-3-3

ALL items on our web-site and catalogue are available for purchase and can be shipped the same day; order must be placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
